There are a lot of rumors right now that Britney and family is fighting. It's really sad. I really don't know what to say. Here are some rumors:

If you were the mother of a 16-year-old girl, you probably wouldn’t want her hanging around Britney Spears. And it turns out that’s true even if you’re Britney Spears’s mother. According to Celebrity Babylon, Lynne Spears has been trying to keep her younger daughter Jamie Lynn away from Britney.


The family recently made a trip to Las Vegas that caused a bit of tension between Lynne and Britney. Says CB’s insider, "At night, it was Lynne the babysitter, and Britney wanting to go out and party. She had Jamie Lynn trying on her clothes, strutting around, and then saying they were taking Jamie Lynn out with them, but Lynne put a stop to that."

Lynne’s concerns are reasonable. Says the source, "She doesn't want Jamie Lynn getting into drugs, or going down the wrong path. Ever since Britney's meltdown and rehab, she has closely monitored the interaction between Britney and Jamie Lynn, and has told Jamie Lynn flat out that until Britney 'gets better,' she should 'stay away from her' unless she is there to supervise."

Lynne is hoping that Jamie Lynn will be able to form a long-term career that avoids the troubles that Britney got caught in. The snitch says"[Lynne] thinks lightning can strike twice, and this time she'll know the pitfalls better of how to handle what's going on in her daughter's life."

An X17 source confirms that Britney is set to file papers for a restraining order against her mother Lynne, in an attempt to keep her mom away from her two sons. Our source tells us tha the paperwork is completed and that Britney is claiming her mother is abusing prescription pain medication and that she should be kept away from Sean and Jayden. The papers are supposed to be filed today or tomorrow.

Oh, and the supposed "reconciliation" between mom and daughter a couple weeks back, word is, Britney wasn't expecting that visit from her mom and sister and that she was not happy with the surprise.

Apparently Britney's fuming over her mother's visits with the kids at Kevin's house. She feels it gives time to her ex and her mom to plot against her, as she claims they did earlier this year to force her in to rehab. The restraining order is obviously a last-ditch attempt to get full custody of her kids, which Britney so desperately wants.
